The tanks on the i-mop use an antibacterial mix-in to make the plastic safer both inside and outside. Because it is mixed into the plastic, the effect will last the lifetime of the tank. The reduction of bacteria reduces the odors coming from the recovery tank and protects operators who handle the tank every day. Bacterial reduction in contact with the tank wall has been certified and tested at ≥99.99% efficacy.
