Our Service Policies

Service Rates & Quotes

We believe in complete transparency. Before we begin any work, we’ll provide you with a clear, upfront estimate so you can review and authorize the costs. We make every effort to keep our repair and transportation costs as low as possible while maintaining a professional fleet of drivers and lift-gate trucks.

Warranty Work

Our Factory Service Center performs warranty work for most commercial equipment brands. Please note that manufacturers make the final determination on what is covered under warranty.

To keep the process smooth, we will provide you with a repair estimate before starting work. Once authorized, we proceed with the repairs. Invoices are due according to our standard terms and are not dependent on the manufacturer's warranty decision. We will happily submit the claim to the manufacturer on your behalf, and as soon as we receive a credit from them, we will immediately credit your account. (Note: The manufacturer's review process can sometimes take more than 60 days, but we will always ally your case to them to get it resolved as quickly as possible!)
