Service Information

Service Rates

It is always less expensive to have the equipment in our Service Center vs. sending our Technicians into the field. We have the largest selection of parts in Colorado and Utah. Customers benefit as our Factory Trained technicians can focus on service and not driving. Field Service almost always involves two trips, the first for diagnoses, then the second to deliver and install the parts.

Warranty

Our Factory Service center performs warranty work for most Commercial Brands of Equipment. It is entirely up to the manufacturer if repairs are covered under a warranty. Sanitary Supply Corp provides you an estimate for all repairs. After authorization, we proceed with repairs. Our full invoice is due according to our terms. It is not subject to any item being covered or not covered under warranty. We will submit your claim to the manufacturer for reimbursement. Once we receive a credit, we will credit your account. NOTE: We have seen this process take more than 60 days. We are not in control of this but will ally your case to the manufacturer.

 

Transportation / Shipping / Freight Charges

We make every effort to keep our costs as low as possible while maintaining a professional fleet of trained drivers and trucks. Transporting your equipment to our service center, then back to you is a part of our service commitment, and we pride ourselves on providing great value. Transport charges are never free and are completely separate from product purchase thresholds. This includes equipment that may be repaired under warranty. Our transportation rates for equipment are: $75 for pickup, $75 for drop off, & $2 / mile. You are always welcome to make arrangements to drop off and pick up your equipment.

If you have any doubts about a part number, let our Service Department help. We can do a little research for a reasonable price and ensure the correct part numbers are being ordered. We will always ask permission before any charges are incurred. Once you complete this form, you will receive an email confirmation. If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder. Please review the email confirmation. If you need to make changes, additions, or add photos, this is a great time to do so.
