There are instances when a manufacturer asks us (and other Authorized Dealers) not to advertise certain items on our website, even though we sell them in our store and through our Mail Order Department. There are also situations where manufacturers request their Authorized Dealers not to list their actual selling price for certain products but rather to list the manufacturer’s Minimum Advertised Price.

At Sanitary Supply Corp., Inc. we always do our best to honor these manufacturer requests but are nevertheless committed to offer the best prices we can to our customers.

If there is a product that you are interested in and wish to verify our actual lowest selling price on a Minimum Advertised Price product, please create an account on our website.  Once an account is created, put the item in your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout area.  When you are prompted for a form of payment, please select "Request a Quote".  You will receive a quote for your items, or we may contact you if we need more information.

If there is a product that you are interested in that you do not see on our website please call our Sales Department at 1-800-893-0488 to check on availability and pricing.

Extended Pricing ... Return to Table of Contents

It is possible for us to offer "guaranteed" pricing, or discounted pricing based upon the quantity of items purchased.  A contract like this requires commitments on both of our parts.  We will go to the manufacturer, and ask for the best price we can possibly obtain.  You will need to contact your Sales Specialist or via the web here:  contact us.  Please have the following information available:  

1. Item #, and Product Name.
2. Estimated Annual Usage.

Once we have the above, we will go to work.  If we are successful, we will contact you, and populate your "Extended Pricing" items to your website.  This type of pricing is very volatile.  We can secure it for a length of time that we will commit to on a contract, however it must be used within 30 days of the initial notification.

Rebates ... Return to Table of Contents

Rebate information is provided for informational purposes only and does not promise or imply eligibility to receive the rebate. Please ensure your purchase meets the manufacturer’s rebate requirements.  Products offering mail-in rebates are not returnable once the rebates have been filed. Be sure that the product is functional and that you intend to keep the product before sending in for your rebate. Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable, are non-refundable, and will be rejected. Only the product manufacturer can replace any defective item missing the UPC code.

Sanitary Supply Corp., Inc. collects and remits sales tax at the current rates based upon the shipping address our customers enter. 

Sales tax rates and rules vary by city and region.  We encourage you to consult your local taxing authority and understand Sales Tax liabilities.

If you have Resale or Tax Exempt status, please set this up with us in advance.  You may use this link to complete your Tax Exempt Application.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges ... Return to Table of Contents

Returns accepted on non special order items.  Items must be in new condition, less than 14 days old, and will be for  store credit for the price of the product paid.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Some Products offer a 14 day trial.  Here is a list.  These are eligible to receive a refund of the product price.  Here's how that works:

  • You must purchase and take delivery of the product.
    All methods of payment we take are fine.  Transaction needs to be settled.
  • Customers with an account will receive an invoice for the product immediately.  It's due date follows your regular terms.
  • Your Trial Period begins on the day you receive the product.  If you order a product that is not in stock, your Trial Period only starts when you receive it.  Get it ordered!  Receiving the product means:
    • Walk-In customers, the day you picked up the product.
    • Ship via SSC Truck, the day we delivered.  We capture Proof of Delivery photos and pictures.
    • Ship via any other courier, the day delivered.  Again, Proof of Delivery Signatures are captured.
  • If during your 14 day trial, you are not happy, contact us, and we will arrange for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Return the product to us following the instructions below.  You will need to pay for shipping and insurance.
  • Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund in the amount of the product only (not shipping) usually within 3 business days.

We offer a 14 day exchange policy on any defective merchandise purchased at or Sanitary Supply Corp., Inc.  In the instance where an exchange is not requested, store credit would be made available.

All returns must be pre-authorized and must be sent back to us in exactly the same condition as you received it. All original boxes, packing materials, manuals, BLANK warranty cards and accessories must be included for any replacement, exchange, or refund.  Please save your receipt as a record of your purchase. All returned goods MUST be accompanied by a copy of your receipt.  After receiving authorization from us, please ship your merchandise (enclosed within a shipping carton with appropriate packing material) back to Sanitary Supply Corp., Inc. freight-prepaid and insured for the full value of the returned product(s). Sorry, Sanitary Supply Corp., Inc. cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are shown to be defective in manufacture (as decided by the manufacturer):

  • Opened containers of liquids.
  • Equipment (once used with chemicals).
  • Educational DVDs, Tapes and Books once opened.
  • Blister-packed items once opened.
  • Original manufacturer software once opened.
  • Special Order merchandise.

Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

If any of the above conditions are not met, Sanitary Supply Corp., Inc. reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restock fee of not less than 15%, at our sole discretion.

Please inspect your purchase carefully.

If a shipment appears to be damaged in shipping, please refuse delivery.

If refusing delivery is not possible, claims for damaged or missing items must be received within one (1) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event of equipment received damaged in delivery, all shipping boxes and packing material must be retained for inspection by the shipping carrier. After receiving a damaged shipment, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately for instructions at 1-800-893-0488 or 1-970-245-7944 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm mst).

In Store Credit on returned items which were paid by money order or check will only be made after tender has cleared.  Normally this is 10 business days.

NEW Equipment Warranty:
All our new equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s official USA warranty. The duration of the various manufacturers’ warranties varies from company to company and from product to product. Please see the actual manufacturer’s warranty enclosed with your product for details.  The manufacturer has the final decision on warranty items.

Our Service Department will complete an estimate to return your piece of equipment back into operation as expeditiously as possible.  Work will begin after you accept the estimate in full. The entire amount of the estimate is your responsibility to pay.

After completing the work we will bill you according to our Terms.  We will also submit a Claim for Warranty to the manufacturer.  If the manufacturer deems any part of the Claim is under warranty and returns a credit to Sanitary Supply Corp, we will credit or refund the amount to you.


Refurbished & Factory Demo Equipment Warranty:

All refurbished and factory demo equipment is guaranteed to work, regardless of its cosmetic condition. Warranty is limited to the manufacturer.

USED Equipment Warranty:
All used equipment is guaranteed to work, regardless of its cosmetic condition unless it is clearly marked “as is” or being sold for parts. Used equipment is warranted for 3 months from date of purchase and has a 14-day return privilege (less shipping).


Sanitary Supply Corp., Inc. will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. Sanitary Supply Corp., Inc.'s liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.

Back Order ... Return to Table of Contents

On occasion, items do sell out. If an item is sold out, it will display "Out of Stock" next to the product image on the full product description page. On very rare occasions, even when an item is in stock at the time on order is placed; it might become back-ordered due to too many people placing orders at one time. If this is the case, and you have placed an order, you will receive an email alerting you that this item is back-ordered. We place immediate orders with the manufacturer to replenish any item that goes out of stock, and we usually receive them very quickly. Please be assured that we do our best to obtain these for you as quickly as possible.

We rely on product specifications as supplied to us by the manufacturers. Specifications on product detail pages provided by manufacturers relating to the speed, performance, capabilities, and functionality of their products are typically provided for comparative purposes. The actual speed, performance, capabilities and functionality of your product will vary with use.

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please call our Customer Service Department (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm ) immediately at 1-800-893-0488 or 1-970-245-7944. Emailing is not effective for this purpose, as your order may ship before we can respond to your email. Please be aware that it may not be physically possible to retrieve an order once it has been processed and has been moved to the Shipping Department.

We have several payment methods you may choose from during checkout:

1.  PayPal

2. Credit / Debit / Purchase Card.  We take MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover.

2. Purchase Order.  In order to purchase from Sanitary Supply Corp "On Account" you must have a Credit Application on file, and approved credit.  You may use this link to our Credit Application.   Once submitted, the process can take from 2 to 4 days.   You may use your credit card to make purchases during the interim.

Once a Credit Application is completed, and if it is possible to extend credit to your company, we will identify your payment terms.  A Credit Application must be on file in order to be set up with terms.  Please note, Special Order items may require payment once the product is ordered. Credit can be modified at any time.

Selling Used Equipment ... Return to Table of Contents

Sanitary Supply Corp., Inc. is always looking to buy used equipment, and we would love to buy yours. We do our level best to make the process as painless and convenient as can be. We are willing to buy one piece or your whole collection.  In order to make an offer to you we will need to inspect and evaluate the equipment. If you are interested in proceeding, first please contact our service department.  They can verify that the type of equipment you are selling is something we can help you with, and give you an estimated value if possible over the phone.  If you are interested in proceeding after this, please ship the equipment to the address listed below. Please remember to insure your package. We will then evaluate the equipment and contact you with our offer. Please enclose with your equipment an item by item list with serial numbers (where applicable) and note if you wish to offer the equipment for cash sale or as trade in toward any other equipment. We will then contact you with our offer and assuming you accept the offer, we will immediately send you a check.   If you do not accept the offer, and want the items returned, you must pay for the return shipping.

Packages / Kits ... Return to Table of Contents

Packages and Kits contain multiple items offered together at a discounted price. Purchasing multiple units of a Package or a Kit that features a mail-in rebate may yield only one redeemable rebate offer (per the manufacturer's "limit one per customer" provision). If you wish to return a Package Special for a refund, you must return the ENTIRE Package within the specified return period from the date of purchase. Components within a Package may be returned for replacement only. Individual items may only be returned for replacement if a Return Authorization number is acquired within the Standard Return period.

Please note: In most cases a Package/Kit discount has been applied to each item. You will be refunded the discounted price, which may differ substantially from the price if you purchased it individually.

We can only ship to the continental United States.  Orders received before 2pm mst, for products in stock are packed and shipped that same day.  Delivery and the shipping charges will depend upon the shipping option selected during checkout.

Option 1, Fedex or UPS Ground (negotiated rate offered to everyone!)  All Customers may take advantage of our negotiated rates.
Shipping is based upon a real time rate quote from Fedex and UPS.  During checkout, the rate will be quoted, if the order is ok, you may continue with checkout.

Option 2, In-Store Pickup
Order online, and we will have your product ready for pickup!

Option 3, VMI-Shipping
Shipping option available for our Vendor Managed Inventory customers.  What's that mean?  Our professional team manages your shipping "On-Time" and "On Budget".  Everyone is eligible for participation in our VMI Program.  Find out more about it in the links below.

During checkout you may see the message "Ship if Free Shipping qualified.  Otherwise send quote."  If you are a partner with an order history, we will follow the prompt.  If this is your first order, we will contact you and verify everything is ok before shipping.

Shipping Addresses / Multiple Ship To:'s ... Return to Table of Contents

Your account may have multiple ship to addresses.  The ship to address that is selected as the default is used during the checkout process.  You can modify your account information including adding or changing the default shipping by selecting "Account" in the upper right of the store.  At any time during the checkout process BEFORE you actually confirm the order you may change the default ship to address.  Once you change your ship to, you may return to your cart by selecting "Cart".  It may be easier for you to have multiple login accounts for each ship to address.  That is fine with us.  One advantage of doing it this way is that the order history is kept by account.

Abandoned Equipment ... Return to Table of Contents

Sanitary Supply Corp, Inc is not responsible for equipment left over 30 days after completion of repairs and/or diagnostic notification.  Equipment left for more than 30 days after completion of repair or diagnosis shall be subject to storage charges of $10 per day.  After 90 Days the equipment may be sold to recover any repair, diagnostic, storage, and/or legal fees.

We don't share your information.  It's just that simple.  Occasionally, we send valuable newsletters about relevant items.  These newsletters are built, curated, and sent by us to you.  This information comes from us and only us.  We don't distribute your information to others.

While we make every effort to ensure the product information and pricing on is accurate and current, there may be instances where inaccurate or incomplete data is displayed due to human error. In the event item data is incorrect, such as listed with an incorrect price, inaccurate availability, or with incorrect information, shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event an item is incorrectly priced,, at our discretion, will do one of the following:

If an item is priced lower than the displayed price, you will be charged the lower amount and we will ship the item.

If an item is priced higher than the stated amount, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue you a full refund.

Disinfectant and Sanitation claims are the manufacturers stated claims.  Customers must take care to verify the manufacturers stated claims are sufficient for the task the customer is using the disinfectant or sanitizer for.  Sanitary Supply Corp., Inc. makes no representation or claims of the disinfection or sanitation claims of any product sold by us.
